Sanjay Kumar Bhattacharyya, the former Managing Director and Chief Credit & Risk Officer with State Bank of India, is an astute senior level banker with over 38 years of experience spanning International and Corporate Banking across geographies, Retail Banking, Credit & Risk Management, Liability Management, Human Resource Management as CEO of three banks, including State Bank of India, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur and SBI (International) Mauritius.

He has participated in providing leadership to the Indian Financial System and being in the forefront of various initiatives undertaken by the SBI Group

A graduate of St. Stephens college, Mr. Bhattacharyya was the Managing Director of SBI from October 2007 to October 2010, and was responsible primarily for the management of the entire credit portfolio of the bank, ensuring implementation of sound credit and risk management policies and procedures and, in addition, being involved in the overall management of the bank in terms of policy formulations and strategies.

Presently he is practicing as an independent Financial Consultant over a reputable clientele including Banks and Financial Institutions like Bank of Rajasthan and IL & FS Invests mart etc. He serves as the Chairman of A. K. Capital Services Limited and OTC Exchange of India.

He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Cox & Kings Limited; Escorts Limited; and Jaiprakash Associates Limited and has been an Independent Director of Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited, as a Director of Antique Finance Private Limited, UTI AMC Limited; A.K. Shri Ashok Kumar Dutta is a very Senior Banker having spent a career spanning over 36 years in Banking. He started his career with the Allahabad Bank in 1978 and rose to becoming General Manager in 2010. Thereafter he joined the Dena Bank as executive Director and retired as a Whole time Director of the Bank in 2014.

He is qualified M Sc Geology, CAIIB Banking (IIBF) and MBA Finance. He brings in his mature experience to Strugence in all aspects of Banking.

Nimish Shah, an M.B.A graduate from St. Xavier University, Chicago, USA, started his career with CIFCO Finance Ltd in 1986 as a Management Trainee in various facets of financial services. Six years later in 1992 he started Fortune Financial Services (India) Limited which provided financial services including stock broking, merchant banking, investment banking and allied financial services to the corporate sector, as well as institutional and retail investors.

Nimish Shah is well known in the capital markets and the investment banking fraternity. Fortune has carved a niche for itself in the areas of global capital markets and was a leading arranger for FCCBs / GDRs / ECBs / Private Equity for Indian corporate houses.

In March 2014 Nimish Shah, floated, M/S. Fortune Financial & Equities Services Pvt. Ltd.,which was instrumental in being the sole adviser to KKR Pvt Equities US$.150 million investment in JBF Industries Ltd.

Apart from being a Banker Nimish is a committed philanthropist, social worker and an educationist.

He has lectured at the Bankers Training College - Mumbai on Marketing of Merchant Banking Services, at the Study group of Chartered Accountants, Matunga Circle, and WIRC of ICAI on Merchant Banking Services and also at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. As well as S P Jain Institute of Management Studies.

Mr. Ashok Shinkar was the CEO – Wholesale Credit at Capital First Limited (CFL), a NBFC, and majority owned by Warburg Pincus. Prior to which he was CFO of CFL.

Ashok was on the Board of Wanbury Limited, a Pharma company, where he headed finance function & also handled strategy, accounts, taxation, mergers and acquisitions and finance mobilizations

Past experiences include, investment banking experience in SSKI and JM, Morgan Stanley, where Ashok, handled Corporate Finance Advisory; M&A; Private Equity; Debt and Equity Structuring; and Merchant Banking activities

Ashok is a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant.
